We will make every effort to make buying your new home as straight-forward and stress free as possible. Our sales progression service will monitor any related sale you may have and keep you fully informed of the progress of your new home. We also offer free mortgage advice and local information.
Sale of New Homes
White & Sons understand that developer clients have specific needs during the selling process. We sell through our local network of offices in association with our Land & New Homes Department, handling promotion and sales to suit the individual clients requirements. We offer a full suite of services including brochure preparation, show house manning, specific advertising design and use of our L.C.D. TV screen displays to provide an eye-catching display in our office windows. In recent years we have dealt with two of the largest housing developments in the South East, Maidenbower in Crawley and the North East Horley Scheme.
Selling or Developing Building Land?
White & Sons have been helping clients realise the full potential of their property for nearly two centuries. We have achieved consents for many barn conversions, garden plots and small scale developments and achieved excellent prices on their sale. Our Land and New Homes department are also able to advise owners, who have larger than average plots and are considering development opportunities.
