- Transferring utilities to tenants name (we cannot arrange telephone, Sky and Cable transfers).
- Arranging inventory check in/out procedures.
- Monthly accounting to the landlord.
- Management of routine property maintenance.
- Regular property inspection visits with any concerns being highlighted to the landlord.
- Serving of Notices as required.
- Liaising with landlord and tenant with regard to the dilapidations deposit at the end of the tenancy.
