Vetting Procedure
We will thoroughly check your prospective tenants’ credentials. We will carry out a credit check via our independent reference company and can offer a six month rent guarantee subject to certain conditions.
Inventory
This protects both landlord and tenant as it includes not only a list of what the property contains but also a description of the property’s condition. We use an independent inventory company who are experts in their field. White & Sons take a security deposit that we will hold against any dilapidations. This will go into a secure, bonded clients’ account until the tenant is checked out.
