My wife and I thought we would drop you a line to express our deepest gratitude and thanks to your agency and in particular Jane Welch (your valuer) who has been most professional in her approach and accurate in her judgement.  We would also like to express our gratitude and appreciation to your sales lady Emma Cousins who demonstrated an astonishing professionalism, friendliness and wonderful efficiency in her handling and dealing with us and the sale of our property.

As you may or may not know, our house has been on the market since the end of 2005.  We have been subjected to various types of estate agents whose professionalism has been the least of their capability.  We had numerous offers on our property which ended up in total disasters and an emormous amount of legal costs, not to mention stress and pain we went through.

Your agency and your staff have sold our house and this was honestly achieved with the reputation and the professionalism your sales agents have demonstrated in their teamwork and efforts.  They are truly a credit to your agency.  My wife and I will always be grateful in the way Emma looked after us.
