Oxted is a bustling historic town, situated just south of the North Downs near the Kent border. The town centre offers an array of shopping facilities including supermarkets, health centre, library, cinema, Barn Theatre, leisure centre with indoor pool and Master Park an attractive open space.

The M25 can be accessed at junction 6 at Godstone which links to all the major motorway networks, Gatwick and Heathrow Airports.
