Senior Planner
Hours: Monday-Friday, full time, 37.5 hours per week.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Planner to join the growing planning team. This role offers the opportunity to work on, and manage, a diverse portfolio of projects, from small to strategic-sized schemes as well as business development. The role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and experience within a long established and diverse company.
Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience, ideally within a consultancy or developer environment. You will have a Chartered membership with the RTPI, or currently seeking membership and have demonstrable experience running projects through the planning process, including preparation and submission of applications and appeals.
Additionally, you will have excellent oral and written communication skills with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders and a full UK driving licence and access to a car for business use.

Senior Lettings Negotiator/Negotiator
Hours - 5 days a week (alternate Saturdays, with a day off in lieu the following week).
We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator with a strong track record and excellent communication and negotiating skills.
The successful candidate should be able to work under pressure and, above all, be driven and want to be part of a successful team.
Experience with Reapit or similar estate agency package preferred. Experience with property valuations preferred but not essential. A full valid driving licence is required.

Ecologist/Senior Ecologist
Hours - 37.5 hours per week with flexibility on occasion for site visits.
Our successful planning and rural teams are looking to expand by appointing an Ecologist, or Senior Ecologist, to work alongside our existing Surveyors, Planners and Architectural staff.
We are looking to appoint an MICEEM qualified Ecologist with at least 3 years’ experience to work between our Planning and Rural teams. The successful candidate is likely to have significant experience in conducting ecological surveys, preparing reports to support planning applications and enhancements opportunities to deliver various levels of biodiversity net gain.
You will need to be familiar with the Natural England Biodiversity Metric 4.0 and be able to identify the optimum enhancement measures for sites, such as agricultural land where there are significant biodiversity opportunities which can be used to offset the impact of developments which cannot deliver a net gain on site.
