Block Manager - Dorking

We are looking for a well organised individual with excellent communication skills to manage a residential portfolio of blocks of flats and housing estates. Reporting to the Head of Block Management, you will be responsible for ensuring that duties are undertaken in accordance with the leases/deeds, legislations and RICS regulations and are dealt with in a timely manner.  A full job specification is available on request.

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. 

In addition

  • You will need your own car insured for business use and hold a full driving licence.
  • You must be a proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • You will have excellent time keeping and be able be to prioritise work load as part of a busy team.

Full training will be given to the right applicant.
