Part-time Sales Assistant - Reigate

Hours - 18 hours per week ideally over 3 days

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part time Sales Assistant to support our busy residential sales team. This role will involve providing administrative assistance to help facilitate property viewings, offers, and sales progression for our clients. The ideal candidate will be motivated to provide high quality assistance to support our agents in facilitating efficient property sales. 

Key responsibilities include: Assisting the residential sales team with arranging and attending property viewings, greeting clients, answering initial questions about properties and obtaining feedback. Managing incoming calls and emails to the sales team in an efficient and friendly manner and responding to general enquiries. You will need to be a car owner and hold a full driving license.

Ecologist/Senior Ecologist

Hours - 37.5 hours per week with flexibility on occasion for site visits.

Our successful planning and rural teams are looking to expand by appointing an Ecologist, or Senior Ecologist, to work alongside our existing Surveyors, Planners and Architectural staff. 

We are looking to appoint an MICEEM qualified Ecologist with at least 3 years’ experience to work between our Planning and Rural teams. The successful candidate is likely to have significant experience in conducting ecological surveys, preparing reports to support planning applications and enhancements opportunities to deliver various levels of biodiversity net gain.

You will need to be familiar with the Natural England Biodiversity Metric 4.0 and be able to identify the optimum enhancement measures for sites, such as agricultural land where there are significant biodiversity opportunities which can be used to offset the impact of developments which cannot deliver a net gain on site.

Senior Negotiator - Leatherhead

Hours - 5 days a week (some weeks including a Saturday – rota system).

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior/Sales Negotiator to join our busy estate agency team in Leatherhead. You will be responsible for driving new business growth through valuations, follow-ups, and listings, as well as ensuring high levels of service for our vendors. 

The successful candidate will be motivated, organised and have excellent communication skills. Previous estate agency experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. 

A full valid driving licence is required.
