Our Block & Estate Management department operates from our Head Office in Dorking. 

Our qualified team of experts can provide a fully bespoke service, giving you the flexibility that you need to manage your development in the most effective way possible. Depending on your requirements, we can provide a total hands-on approach, or you can have us in the background to advise you as per your lease or transfer document. We pride ourselves on offering a flexible approach with your own dedicated Block Manager. 

We are proud to be regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Your money is held in a separate client account and is protected by the RICS Clients Money Protections Scheme.  Regulated by RICS means we have Professional Indemnity Insurance.  To ensure that we are providing our clients with the best possible service, we are also audited by RICS – giving you peace of mind.

We act for Freeholders, Developers, Residents Management Companies and Right To Manage Companies.  Being an independent agent, we are able to offer a bespoke service to each of our clients, whilst our wealth of experience enables us to cope with our clients’ individual demands & needs. 

Our dedicated and highly experienced team of Block Managers currently manage approximately 200 residential developments, consisting of approximately 3,000 properties.
