Chloe joined White & Sons in 2020, having started her career in the property sector in 2013. During her career, Chloe has had experience within residential sales and lettings as an administrator, and residential property management. The extensive knowledge and skills that Chloe has bought with her play an extremely important part in the daily operation and compliance of our department. Chloe’s ability to handle complex or time sensitive matters, train new members of staff and implement her managerial skills in general come as second nature. Her competence also helps build and maintain an excellent rapport with our clients, which is essential for client retention. 

In May 2023, Chloe was promoted to Manager of Block Management Coordination for our Residential Block & Estate Management department.

Tenant Info for Dorking branch


The only payments you can charge in connection with a tenancy are:
a) the rent
b) a refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than five weeks’ rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000, or six weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above
c) a refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week’s rent
d) payments to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant, capped at £50, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
e) payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
f) payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax;
g) A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device, where required under a tenancy agreement
