We are absolutely delighted to announce our recently agreed merger with G&P Property in Oxted, effective from 1st August 2026.
G&P Property (Gildersleve & Payne) is a very well-respected commercial agency founded in 1992, with enormous experience and expertise. Their strength in the Oxted and Croydon area makes them an excellent fit for White & Sons, as we continue to expand and strengthen our commercial offering.
The merger leaves us excited to welcome two highly experienced professionals to the firm. Nick Payne, who is joining us as a consultant and David Sutton, who will be working with Mike Wimble and our existing commercial team. Their combined knowledge and market presence will further strengthen our position within the commercial property sector.
In addition, this move will enhance our overall geographical coverage and create further opportunities for collaboration and growth across all the departments of the firm.
