Stephanie joined White & Sons in 2015, having previously worked for a corporate agent in London and Surrey. Shortly after joining she became a member of the NAEA and was promoted to Senior Negotiator. In 2020 Stephanie became Assistant Manager of our Horley branch and later became Sales Manager at our Leatherhead branch. Having been in the industry since 2014 she has gained a vast amount of experience, enabling her to confidently advise her clients when selling and buying property. 

In recognition for her years of dedicated service, in early 2023, she was promoted to Branch Manager.  

Raised and schooled locally, she has an extensive knowledge of the area.

Tenant Info for Horley branch


The only payments you can charge in connection with a tenancy are:
a) the rent
b) a refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than five weeks’ rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000, or six weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above
c) a refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week’s rent
d) payments to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant, capped at £50, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
e) payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
f) payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax;
g) A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device, where required under a tenancy agreement
