Stuart Walker holds a BSc in Rural Land Management from Reading University. He is a Chartered Surveyor and is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV). He became a Partner of White & Sons in 2004, and runs the Agricultural and Planning arm of our Professional Services Department, with a team of qualified Surveyors and Planners. Stuart's specialities include most types of planning work, in particular Green Belt & Rural Planning. Development work ranges from single plots to large housing schemes. On the Agricultural side Stuart deals with Agricultural Tenancies, Compensation Claims, Land and Farm Valuations, Subsidies & Grants, Telecoms and Property Disputes. Stuart sits on the National Council of the CAAV and is a panel surveyor for the Tenant Farmers Association and the CLA.
